Get Involved!
YOU can be a part of this ministry! In fact, we can't do it without you! Use the information in the top right corner of this page to let us know how you would like to be involved! Here are some suggestions:
First and foremost, you can pray for Altar Revolution. This ministry was built on daily morning prayer around a breakfast table with a few dedicated people during the spring semester at the Word of Life Bible Institute in 2006. God has brought us this far, and we'd be crazy to think we can do it on our own now!
You can volunteer your time to be a part of the ministries described here, and to help prepare for them! Volunteers are what makes this ministry possible. You can Join us for just one meeting, or stick around for the entire summer! We'll also provide training in evangelism, so if you've never done it before there's no worries!
Finally, you can support Altar Revolution financially. Your money will be used only to cover expenses related to Altar Revolution. If you would like to donate to us, please send you gift to the address in the top right corner of this page or use the donation button to the right. Please make checks payable to Altar Revolution Ministries.
Some of our material needs include:
1. Funds to complete the startup process. Particularly menacing is the $750 application fee to go with our tax exempt application.
2. Blank discs (and possibly a CD/DVD duplicator) to produce more copies of our audio gospel tract.
3. Printing materials, or funds to do so. We use printed invitations with the plan of salvation on the back when inviting people to our evening meetings, and we need a ton. We like to hand them out like candy (not that you see many people doing that nowadays).
Of course that's not an exhaustive list, but it gives a general idea of what donations will be used for. If you would like information on our financial status (which, by law, we've got to give you) send a request to altarrevolution@gmail.com or stop by if you're in the neighborhood.
