We just added a new forum to our site, check it out:
We have recently received our certificate of incorporation from the state of Vermont, and are in the process of completing the IRS form 1023 for recognition as a non-profit organization. If we are approved, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to November second, making donations received after that date tax deductible for our donors.
